As I embark on the 5:2, intermittent fasting diet I wonder if I will succeed?

Will I be able to change my yoyo diet habits and finally find a way of eating that helps me to loose weight, stay slim and healthy over the long term?

Will I faint on my first fasting day and find that I can't cope with eating only 500 calories within 24 hours?

What will hunger feel like and what will it do to my moods?

What will happen to my menopause symptoms?

So many questions and no answers yet but my diary will reveal what happens next on my 5:2, intermittent fasting diet.
