Of all the people in the world, some say they want to change something in their lives. Of these, some actually want to do it. Of these, some actively work on it. Of these, some are practicing one of proven frameworks, based on goals, habits, or anything else. Of these, some are growing tired with no progress and are considering giving up.

I was in the last group for many years. Struggling, looking for options, unsettling. I felt tired on a verge of melancholia, yet somehow, I found the strength to plough on. I kept trying different approaches, just for sake of changing my life to what I wanted it to be.
