Scott Duncan
Scott Duncan is the Lead Coach & Trainer at Agile Software Qualities with extensive experience as an Agile Coach, including as an enterprise coach for 144 Scrum teams across 7 countries for a major international software company. Scott also served 2 years on the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors. And he is author of Understanding Agile Values and Principles (https://www.infoq.com/minibooks/agile-values-principles/).
Scott has been involved in software engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, methods, standards, training, and consulting since 1972. He has over 20 years of Agile experience, including 17 years as a Certified Scrum Master. Prior to working in Agile environments, Scott worked with traditional development projects, including 14 years in telecom.
Since 2005 Scott has been a full-time trainer of Scrum and Agile methods. Scott has also been a US representative to ISO/IEC SC7/JTC1 standards work and has been on the IEEE System and Software Standards Committee. Besides being a CSM, Scott has held ASQ's CSQE certification, has been trained as an ISO 9001 TickIT auditor, and trained in both the CMM(R) and CMMI(R).
