Scott Duncan is the Lead Coach & Trainer at Agile Software Qualities with extensive experience as an Agile Coach, including as an enterprise coach for 144 Scrum teams across 7 countries for a major international software company. Scott has been involved in software engineering, quality assurance, process improvement, methods, standards, training, and consulting since 1972. He has over 20 years of Agile experience, including 17 years as a Certified Scrum Master. Prior to working in Agile environments, Scott worked with traditional development projects, including 14 years in telecom.

Since 2005 Scott has been a full-time trainer of Scrum and Agile methods. Scott has also been a US representative to ISO/IEC SC7/JTC1 standards work and has been on the IEEE System and Software Standards Committee. Besides being a CSM, Scott has held ASQ's CSQE certification, has been trained as an ISO 9001 TickIT auditor, and trained in both the CMM(R) and CMMI(R).
