In the last decade, Ismael Melo has worked as consultant and specialist in governance, metrics and software development methods and IT performance in several organizations of public and private sectors. Lately, Melo has worked with new approaches for applying software metrics to agile and lean methods and managing beyond of estimates of effort, cost, duration and quality of development  software projects.
