Kalinovsky Alexander graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics, University of Taras Shevchenko. He has extensive managerial experience in the business sector. He was the founder of a number of large business projects. Coming out of business, in 2012 he became director of the Agency for the ultimate analysis, design and management of the "Concept".
