A person-centred therapist in training, I do self care coaching, talks, and workshops focusing on mental health and self care for folks in tech.
I'm an international speaker and facilitator, with experience in virtual and in person events (both talks and workshops). I can cover subjects like general self care, talking about mental health and reaching out for help, journaling, and more.
When I'm not doing all that, I'm baking, cross stitching, or watching films.
