Εκπόνησε τη διδακτορική του διατριβή στο τμήμα Ψυχολογίας του Παντείου Πανεπιστημίου, στο πλαίσιο υποτροφίας σπουδών από το ίδρυμα κρατικών υποτροφιών (ΙΚΥ) στην ειδίκευση των παιδαγωγικών. Τα ερευνητικά του ενδιαφέροντα εστιάζονται στην ψυχολογία του κυβερνοχώρου, στην παιδαγωγική των πολύπλοκων συστημάτων, στη διεργασία της ομάδας σε εκπαιδευτικό πλαίσιο και στη μεθοδολογία έρευνας στο διαδίκτυο.
