Disfruto enormemente trabajando en ambientes innovadores como parte de equipos que tienen autonomía, conocimiento y objetivos. Luego de haber experimentado el respeto, aprendizaje y desafíos de esos equipos, es difícil contentarse con menos. Busco armar ese tipo de equipos en los proyectos en los que participo.

Participo en equipos de desarrollo de software desempeñando diferentes roles, quizás con un mayor énfasis en temas de calidad y testing.

Llevo esta forma de trabajo otros ámbitos, como a la educación, en particular en el ámbito universitario (FI-UBA, UNTREF).

Martín Salías

Martin has been developing software since more than 30 years, working across the Americas, Australia and Europe for organizations as diverse as the United Nations and Microsoft Corp. He has developed in many platforms and languages like C++, Java, .NET, Python, Ruby and JS. 

He is currently Coach and Trainer at Kleer, an Latin-American organization dedicated to improve organizational practices around software and other innovation based products and services.

A co-founder of Agiles.org and their yearly latin-american conferences, he served also as President and now Vice-President of MUG Argentina and Board Member of SADIO. He was awarded as a Microsoft MVP during 10 consecutive years, and actively participated in other communities and events as PyCon, RubyConf, and several meetups.
