Thesmophoriazusae (Türkçe: Thesmophoria Festivalini Kutlayan Kadınlar, veya kısaca Kadınlar Şenlikte) bir komedya olup, Antik Yunan döneminin meşhur şairi Aristofanes tarafından yazılmıştır. İlk olarak M.Ö.411 senesinde, Dionysia şehrinde oynanmıştır. Katıldığı yarışmada ödül alıp almadığı kesin olarak bilinmemektedir. Aristofanes'in, Atina toplumunu konu aldığı en güzel parodilerden biri olarak addedilir.
Özellikle; erkek egemen bir toplumda kadın-erkek rollerinin değişkenlik göstermesi, popüler sanatçıların kibirli halleri, ve sıradan Atinalıların cahilce ve bencilce hareketleri, ve bunun gibi pek çok konu mizahi bir tarzda işlenmektedir. Aynı zamanda, Eski Komedya tarzının karakteristiklerini ustaca işleyen bir yapıya sahiptir. Bu oyun, yine kadın-argosu bir dil barındıran bir diğer oyunu olan Lysistrata ile aynı sene içinde sahneye koyulmuştur.
Thesmophoria, antik Yunan döneminde kutlanmakta olan, Demeter ile kızı Persephone için adanmış bir festival idi. Bu festivalin ismi, çalışmak için gerekli yasalar veya ilkeler anlamına gelen, *‘thesmoi’*den türemiştir. Sadece kadınların katılabildiği bir festival olup, sonbahar döneminde kutlanırdı. Kadınlar, günlük işlerini bir kenara bırakır, ve Demeter tapınağına giderek türlü törenlerle kutlamalar yaparlardı.
