Jason Little

Jason Little has been in the software industry since 1996 and is an Organizational Change Coach, international speaker, and the author of a video series entitled "Agile Transformation: A Guide to Organizational Change". This video series is published on InformIT and Safari Books Online and is about how to bring change into your organization with Agile practices.

Jason has been using Agile practices since 2002 and since 2007, Jason has been officially helping organizations adopt Agile practices as an External Coach/Consultant, Internal Coach and Product Owner.

Neil LaChapelle is an organizational development consultant, writer/editor and educator with 20 years experience in the business education market. He has deep roots in business education, having led the team that designed and developed one of Canada's first online universities and its inaugural MBA programs.
