Ingegnere delle Telecomunicazioni, appassionato di tecnologia e di tutto quello che riguarda l’innovazione, nella sua vita ha conosciuto solo un modo di sviluppare software, SCRUM. Ha fatto suo il primo principio del manifesto Agile, “Gli individui e le interazioni più che i processi e gli strumenti”, e invece di continuare a “lavorare con i bit” ha deciso di “lavorare con le persone”. 

Nel tempo libero legge fumetti, sogna con i film anni 80′ e fa un sacco di sport “acquatici”. Si definisce un “surfista della domenica e il suo motto è: “Il waterfall lo cerco solo con la tavola sotto ai piedi“.
