Wir haben in den letzten 15 Jahren viele Erfahrungen über IT-Projekte gesammelt. Viele Projekte verliefen anders als wir dachten. Wir haben uns Zeit genommen, um über die Ursachen nachzudenken und praktische Lösungen zu suchen. Wir wollen die Einführung von IT-Systemen in Unternehmen einfacher machen.Mit dieser Broschüre wollen wir Projektbeteiligten einen Leitfaden dazu an die Hand geben. Wir sind Fans der agilen Arbeitsweise Scrum. Scrum allein reicht aber noch nicht, um die Projekte zu starten. Wir müssen die betroffenen Anwender besser einbinden. Anwenderschaft und Geschäftsleitung brauchen ein gemeinsames Verständnis von den Zielen und vom Nutzen. Das sichert die Mitarbeit im Projekt über längere Zeit. Zu leicht verliert sich ein Projektteam in technischen Details. Deswegen haben wir einen Abschnitt über den Aufbau einer gemeinsamen Sprache eingefügt. Das fördert nicht nur das gemeinsame Verständnis, sondern es hilft auch beim Einrichten und Feinjustieren.

Jan Fischbach
Jan Fischbach ist Organisationsberater. Im Common Sense Team hilft er seinen Kunden dabei, Strategien und Strukturen zu entwickeln. Bei der HLSC GmbH (Scrum Events) gibt er den Kunden Anleitung zu Scrum und Agilität. Zudem ist er Mitorganisator des freiräume.camps in Hannover.
Nach dem Studium der Elektrotechnik hat er bei einer großen Unternehmensberatung gearbeitet. Danach folgten viele Jahre in der Medienindustrie, wo er auch umfangreiche Erfahrungen im IT-Betrieb gesammelt hat. Im Jahr 2013 hat er mit anderen Kollegen zusammen die Common Sense Team GmbH in Karlsruhe gegründet.
Der private Jan Fischbach wohnt an der Nordseeküste.

Wolf Steinbrecher (Diplom-Volkswirt, Maître ès Sciences Economiques) ist ein Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer der Common Sense Team GmbH. Er hat das Konzept des „Prozessorientierten Informationsmanagements“ für selbstorganisierte Teams entwickelt. Er berät Unternehmen und Behörden auf allen Gebieten des Informationsmanagements, insbesondere auch im Wissensmanagement und bei der Einführung von DMS-Systemen.
