Kampamba Nsofu is a dedicated educator, leader, and faith-driven thinker who is passionate about the intersection of Christianity, education, and enterprise. He serves as the Deputy Head Teacher at Siatembo Secondary School in Choma, Zambia, and teaches English Language, Religious Education, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
Through years of classroom teaching and school leadership, Kampamba has seen first-hand how knowledge, character, and opportunity can transform lives. His work with learners, fellow teachers, and the wider community has deepened his conviction that true development comes through honest, ethical businesses that are rooted in integrity and guided by biblical principles.
Kampamba believes that business is not merely a way to make money, but a powerful tool for solving problems, creating employment, and restoring dignity especially in African communities. His passion is to see believers move beyond dependency and survival into faith-filled, value-driven entrepreneurship that honours God and uplifts society.
Drawing from his background in Religious Education, he brings a strong biblical foundation to his teaching and writing. His experience in English Language enables him to communicate complex ideas clearly and practically, while his work in ICT keeps him engaged with modern tools, innovation, and the digital opportunities that can support sustainable business growth.
In this book, Kampamba combines Scripture, real-life case studies, reflection questions, and practical steps to equip Christians who desire to start, grow, and sustain businesses God’s way. His desire is to raise a generation of entrepreneurs who understand that Kingdom development is built on honesty, hard work, service, and faith.
Kampamba lives and works in Choma, Zambia, where he continues to teach, mentor young people, encourage honest enterprise, and champion the message that God-honouring business is a vital key to true development.
