I remember when Scrum was something new, all the Developers wanted to be part of a Scrum Team. The Scrum Master was like a Union guy protecting the team from the context. On the other side, the Management were strongly resisting the change.

Walking the year 2018, many things are different.

For one side, almost all Managers wants to implement some kind of Agile/Scrum workflow.

The demand for Scrum Masters, Certifications and Agile Coaches multiplied.

And for the Developer side, is very easy to hear critics about Agile and Scrum.

Now many Developers don't wants to work with Scrum.

What happened in the middle?

What have changed?

How can we Make Scrum Great Again?

That will be the starting point of this book. Together we will explore powerful questions like:

I wrote my first software in 1989, with a Talent MSX.

I took my first Scrum training in 2007, with Martin Alaimo.

My first coaching session was in 2012.

I am Agile Native, given I never was a Classical Project Manager before.

I worked as Scrum Master / Agile Coach since 2012.

My Purpose is to cultivate an Agile Culture in IT organizations and contribute to change Team working and collaboration around the globe.
