Em 2018 fiz a primeira apresentação sobre governança das instâncias e em 2019 escrevi um artigo sobre governança da plataforma. Propor o diálogo sobre o tema permitiu que eu tivesse contato com a experiência e necessidade de outras empresas sobre este assunto.

Experiência de 20 anos na área de Tecnologia da Informação, atuando desde 2005 com Governança de TI, BPM e Gestão de Projetos. Em 2013 passou a atuar também com Scrum, Desing Thinking e ServiceNow (especialista funcional, com experiência nas aplicações dos módulos de ITSM, ITBM e CSM).
Experiência de 18 anos com preparação e realização de treinamentos, palestras e workshops, sendo os últimos 10 anos atuando também com docência em cursos de graduação e MBA.
Possui as certificações ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL Expert, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM), COBIT 4.1 e MCP (VB 6 e .NET).
Estuda Psicologia na Universidade Nove de Julho. Formado em Sistemas de Informação, Especializado em Engenharia e Gestão de Processos de Negócios pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro e Pós-Graduado em Administração de Empresas pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
