The book is a complete overview on the subject of remote engineering leadership. It will emphasize the remote aspect and target managers that started remote work. It will guide you through the process of setting up your team with good procedures. Starting with the basic concepts and setting up good processes. Then we will go further and set up systems to improve those processes in an ongoing manner. We will also talk about the larger issues that are often problematic in remote settings.
